Returns & Exchanges
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.
• Products must be returned in resellable condition, meaning they are: - Unused, unlit, and unaltered
- In original packaging, including labels and safety seals (if applicable)
- Free from damage, stains, cracks, or signs of use
- Returned with all accompanying items (such as lids or boxes)
• Products showing signs of use (such as melted wax, soot on the wick, or missing packaging) will not be accepted.
• Customers may request an exchange for a different product of equal value, provided the returned item meets the above conditions. -
Refunds
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• If the returned item does not meet eligibility conditions (for example, shows signs of use or is not in resellable condition), the refund request will be denied. The item may be returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of if the customer declines return shipping.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. -

• The following items are not eligible for return or refund: - Used candles
- Used wax melt products
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized orders
