• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

• We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. -
Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Occasionally, Glowstead, LLC may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website. -
Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. -
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
• Glowstead, LLC is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. -
Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at glowsteadcandle@gmail.com and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
• If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier before reaching out. -
International Shipping
• At this time, Glowstead, LLC ships only within the United States.
• International shipping is not available.
